The Villa is located in in the heart of Pernera, just a 5 minute walk to the sandy beach of «Pernera Bay» and all amenities. The villa has a private 8×4 swimming pool with sun beds and outdoor furniture. As you enter the villa you will notice that the living room, dining area, and kitchen are separated. The living room consists of 2 large sofas where 6 adults can comfortably sit. Between the kitchen and the living room there is a dining table with 6 chairs. There is also a guest W.C. downstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything a holidaymaker will need, such as stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, cutlers. Upstairs there are total 3 large bedrooms, of which 2 of them are twin and one a double. The double bedroom also benefits from an en-suite bathroom and toilet. there is also a family bathroom upstairs. In all bedrooms there are double curtains so you can be able to sleep in total dark.
